Product Design Review

Ensure manufacturability & minimize future issues.

Every successful mould starts with a deep understanding of the product it’s meant to create. In this phase, our engineers collaborate with clients to thoroughly review the 3D product model and technical requirements. We evaluate part geometry, material flow, undercuts, wall thickness, and draft angles — ensuring the product design is moldable, functional, and cost-efficient.

Mould Design (Tool Design)

Precision engineering meets production reality

Our design team then creates a comprehensive 3D mould design using advanced CAD software. This includes core and cavity layouts, gating and cooling systems, ejector mechanisms, and material selection. Each element is meticulously engineered to optimize mold life, reduce cycle times, and support high-volume production with minimal maintenance.

Machining the Mould Parts

Built for performance, milled for perfection.

Once the design is finalized, we move to high-precision CNC machining, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and turning processes. Each mould component is crafted to exact

tolerances using state-of-the-art equipment and tooling. Our experienced machinists ensure surface quality and dimensional accuracy to meet or exceed international standards.

Assembly & Blue Matching

Perfect fit. Perfect finish. Every time.

In this stage, all mould components are assembled and manually adjusted using blue matching techniques to ensure perfect alignment of the core and cavity. This is a highly skilled process that ensures flawless fit, smooth parting lines, and zero flashing in the final production.

Polishing & Surface Finishing
From high shine to fine textures — it’s all in the detail.

The final step brings both function and beauty to the mould. We apply polishing, texture matching, and specialty coatings depending on client specifications. This step is critical in achieving desired surface finishes in the final plastic product — from high-gloss to matte or textured effects.
